Refund and Returns Policy

At Winspace Cycling Australia, we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

  • Should you feel the item is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note or a full refund on any unused products.
  • For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds or exchange on sale or promotional items.
  • For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Any returned item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it, with no damage to the item or the original packaging.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charges stated on your invoice.
  • We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online, and return the original item to be exchanged.
  • Shipping charges will be waived only if the return item is faulty.
  • Any credit note issued will be valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.

Warranty

All Winspace Cycling Australia products have a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years for Wheel sets and 3 years for Frame sets.

If you believe an item is faulty, please email us at warranty@winspacecycling.au. We may request additional information or photographs of the item to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange or refund. We adhere to all Australian laws relating to faulty product returns and will gladly refund or exchange any product deemed as faulty. If the item is deemed faulty it will be up to you to return the item to us before we can send out a replacement or issue a refund. If the product has been assessed and is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use or cause by wrong installation, Winspace Cycling Australia has the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
